This skimmer is so perfect for large fryers. We use a turker fryer to cook fries, onion rings, and squash whenever we have a big get together. This skimmer is the only way to go. It gets your food out without dropping anything. Love it.

I've had this skimmer for a few weeks now and have not had any problems with it. I ordered it because the last skimmer I had broke and I tend to use it a lot when cooking. I was a bit surprised how big it was when I received it, but the product description said 7 inches, so if I had pulled out my ruler there would have been no surprises.

I saw some other reviews and I hesitate on order it, some customer complaints about chips on the wood, but whe I received this item I was stunned, quality is amazing (no splinters on the handle), looks very pretty...ad excellent product, the price is great too!
